fa بررسی اثر انواع مختلف کنترل کننده‌های جوانه جانبی بر کمیت و کیفیت برگ توتون (Nicotiana tabacum L.) كاربردي Applicable <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">برای بررسی اثر روغن نیم، محلول پرایم پلاس و الکل چرب بر کنترل جوانه&shy;های جانبی توتون پس از عملیات سرزنی در تیمارهای مختلف، آزمایشی در سال زراعی 1389-1388 در قالب طرح بلوک&shy;های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مرکز تحقیقات تیرتاش انجام شد. تیمارهای مورد بررسی، شامل روغن نیم به میزان صفر، پنج، 10، 15، 20، 25 و 30 لیتر در هکتار، محلول پرایم پلاس به میزان چهار لیتر در هکتار، محلول الکل چرب به میزان 18 لیتر در هکتار و تیمار کنترل دستی بود. نتایج نشان داد که اختلاف بین تیمارهای مختلف برای صفات اندازه طول، عرض و میزان کلروفیل برگ بعد از سرزنی در سطح یک درصد معنی&shy;دار بود. تیمار الکل چرب و پرایم پلاس (فلومترالین) به ترتیب بیشترین اندازه طول و عرض برگ و محلول پرایم پلاس بیشترین میزان کلروفیل را داشتند. تیمارها از نظر درصد درجات توتون با یکدیگر در سطح آماری یک درصد اختلاف معنی&shy;دار داشتند، بیشترین درصد درجات یک مربوط به تیمار کنترل دستی، درجات دو به تیمار الکل چرب و درجات سه به تیمار عدم مصرف روغن نیم تعلق داشت. اختلاف تیمار&shy;های مختلف از نظر قیمت یک کیلوگرم توتون معنی&shy;دار نشد. سرزنی جوانه جانبی بیشترین &nbsp;تأثیر را در عملکرد برگ توتون و یا به عبارتی بر خواص کمی توتون داشت.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">In order to investigate the effects of neem oil, prime plus solution and fatty alcohol on tobacco suckers control. After topping activities in different treatments, an experiment was done in research centre of Tirtash in 2009-2010. This experiment was conducted on Randomized Complete Block Design with three replications. Treatments included neem oil in the amounts of zero, five, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 litres per hectare, prime plus solution in the amounts of four litres per hectare, fatty alcohol solution in the amounts of 18 litres per hectare and manual control treatment. The results indicated that the differences between treatments on the leaf length, leaf width and the amount of chlorophyll of the leaves after topping were significant. Treatments of fatty alcohol and prime plus respectively have the most length and the most width of the leaves and the prim plus solution had the most amounts of chlorophyll. The treatments, considering the percentage of the ranks of tobacco, had meaningful differences of one percent to each other. The most percentage of rank one belonged to the manual control treatment rank two belonged to the treatment of fatty alcohol and rank three belonged to the treatment of not using of neem oil. Considering the price of one kilo of tobacco, the differences between different treatments were not meaningful. And according to the quality properties, no significant differences were seen among the treatments.
