fa اثر تاریخ کاشت بر عملکرد و خصوصیات کیفی ارقام چغندرقند پاییزه در منطقه گنبد کاووس The effect of sowing date on yield and quality characteristics of autumn sugar beet cultivars in Gonbad Kavous اکوفیزیولوژِی Ecophysiology پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: چغندرقند یکی از مهم‌ترین محصولات زراعی در جهان است و بخش عمده‌ای از قند مصرفی کشور ما از این گیاه به‌دست می‌آید. با توجه به محدود بودن سطح زیرکشت، تحقیقات زیادی در خصوص افزایش عملکرد چغندرقند در واحد سطح انجام شده است. یکی از عوامل مهم در تولید ریشه چغندرقند، تاریخ کاشت است که بر طول دوره رشد رویشی و زایشی و تعادل بین آنها تأثیر می‌گذارد و در نهایت بر عملکرد کمی و کیفی آن تأثیر می‌گذارد، بنابراین یکی از سیاست‌های کلی کشاورزی است. بخش افزایش تولید این محصول است. هدف از این پژوهش انتخاب بهترین تاریخ کاشت و  مناسب‌ترین رقم در منطقه می‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: به‌منظور بررسی اثر تاریخ کاشت بر عملکرد و صفات کیفی در سه رقم چغندرقند، آزمایش اسپلیت پلات در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در چهار تکرار در مرکز تحقیقات گنبدکاووس در سال زراعی 401-1400 انجام شد. عامل اصلی تاریخ کاشت در پنج سطح (شامل: 10 مهر، 25 مهر، 10 آبان، 25 آبان و 5 آذر) و فاکتور فرعی رقم در سه سطح (شامل: موناتونو، روزاگلد و SBSI 061) بودند. نتایج: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که عملکرد ریشه، عملکرد قند و شکر سفید تحت تأثیر تاریخ کاشت قرار گرفتند و تاریخ کاشت اول و دوم بیشترین عملکرد ریشه، عملکرد قند و شکر خالص را داشتند. در بین ارقام مورد آزمایش بین موناتونو و روزاگلد از نظر عملکرد ریشه تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود نداشت؛ اما با رقم 061 تفاوت داشتند و از نظر عملکرد شکر و عملکرد شکر سفید بین هر سه رقم تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود داشت. رزگلد بیشترین عملکرد شکر و عملکرد شکر خالص را داشت و پس از آن موناتونو و در نهایت 061 قرار گرفت. نتیجه‌گیری کلی: مقایسه میانگین‌های تیمارهای آزمایشی نشان داد که تمامی ارقام کشت شده بیشترین عملکرد قند را در تاریخ کاشت اول و دوم خواهند داشت. زیرا کشت به‌موقع با تأثیر در دوره رشد رویشی و زایشی حداکثر تابش خورشید را جذب می‌کند که منجر به افزایش عملکرد ریشه و قند می‌شود. در نهایت براساس بررسی نتایج این آزمایش و تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات تغییرات صفات کیفی، کشت ارقام روزاگلد و موناتونو در دو تاریخ کاشت اول به‌منظور دستیابی به حداکثر عملکرد قند در واحد سطح به چغندرکاران استان گلستان توصیه می‌شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Sugar beet is one of the most important crops in the world and a major part of the sugar consumed in our country is obtained from this plant. Due to the limited area under cultivation, much research has been done regarding the increasing sugar beet yield per unit area. One of the important factors in sugar beet root production is the sowing date, which affects the duration of the vegetative and reproductive growth period and the balance between them, and ultimately affects its quantitative and qualitative yield, so one of the general policies of the agricultural sector is to increase the production of this product. For this purpose, this research aims to determine the most suitable sowing date and the most compatible variety in the region as effective agronomic methods in increasing the efficiency of sugar production per unit area. Materials and methods: In order to investigate the effect of sowing date on yield and quality traits in three sugar beet cultivars, an experiment was conducted in the form of a split-plot in the form of a randomized complete block design in four replicates at the research farm of Gonbad Kavous University in 2018-2019. The main factor of sowing date in five levels including October 1st, October 15th, October 30th, November 15th, November 30th, and December 15th, and the secondary factor of cultivar in three levels including Monatunno, Rosagold, and SBSI 061, which was a total of 15 treatments in each. It was cultivated repeatedly. Results: The results of the research showed that root yield, sugar, and white sugar yield were affected by the sowing date, and the first and the second sowing date, had the highest root yield, sugar, and pure sugar yield. Among the cultivars tested, there was no significant difference between Monatono and Rosagold in terms of root performance, but they were different from cultivar 061. In terms of sugar yield and white sugar yield, there was a significant difference between all three cultivars, among which Rosagold had the highest sugar yield and pure sugar yield, followed by Monatunno and finally 061. Conclusion: The comparison of the averages of the experimental treatments showed that all cultivated cultivars would have the maximum sugar yield on the first and second sowing dates because simultaneous cultivation with effect during vegetative and reproductive growth period would absorb maximum solar radiation leading to an increase in the root yield and sugar.
