Therefore, avoiding negative environmental pressures and improving developmental plans that meet the plant's fertilizer needs based on organic and bio fertilizers is a necessary for maintaining soil health. This study aimed to investigate the effects of organic and biological fertilizers on quantitative traits, grain protein and nitrogen content of soil and corn tissue. Materials and Methods: In order to investigate the effect of organic and biological fertilizers on some growth characteristics, yield, yield components and corn protein percentage, an experiment was conducted in factorial based on randomized complete block design with 3 replications in Ahvaz city during 2014. The first factor was organic fertilizers in four levels (control (NPK 100%), manure fertilizer, vermicompost and wheat straw) and the second factor was included in four levels (control (without fertilizer Bio), nitroxin, phosphate barvar2 and nitrokara). In the end of growth season, plant height, stem diameter, number of rows per ear, seed number per row, 100 seed weight, grain protein, grain yield and biological yield were measured. Results: Results showed that organic and biological fertilizers increased the yield components and grain yield of corn. vermicompost among organic fertilizers, and in biological fertilizers Phosphate barvar2 and nitrokara had the most effect on corn growth. The highest grain yield was observed in the combination of phosphate barvar 2 + vermicompost and nitrokara + vermicompost with 9638 and 9085 kg/ha, respectively. Results of man comparison showed that the highest nitrogen content was 1.71% obtained from vermicompost treatment, which was 8% higher than the control (no organic fertilizer). Also, the results showed that application of organic and biological fertilizers increased seed protein and nitrogen content of soil. Conclusion: In general, the results of this study showed that by using organic and biological fertilizers can be reduce the amount of chemical fertilizer in corn production. In this experiment, use of fertilizer at 50% of the recommended amount plus organic and biological fertilizers has had a significant effect in corn yield increase. Among organic fertilizers, vermicompost and in bio-fertilizers, phosphate barvar 2 had the best result in corn growth.
