In order to study, the effects of nano-silicon spraying on some physiological parameters and yield of purslane under water deficiency stress an experiment was conducted in factorial based on randomized complete design with three replications in research greenhouse of Zabol University. Factors include of stress at three levels (80%, 60% and 40% of field capacity) in weight method and nano-silicon spraying at four levels (0, 1, 2, and 3 mM) were applied. The results showed that water deficiency stress had a significant effect on most of the evaluated traits; water deficiency cause increased soluble carbohydrates, fresh weight and proline. Amount of proline and carbohydrate in the stress field capacity 40% to arrange 50 and 55% increased compared to 80% of field capacity has the stress. But water deficiency stress decreases the levels of carotenoids, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll. The amount of chlorophyll b, 45% reduced to 80% the stress. Nano-silicon spraying had significant effect on the amount carotenoids and total chlorophyll and the use of nano-silicon by increased carotenoids. The interaction effects stress and nano-silicon showed that with increasing stress in levels of use nano-silicon decreased chlorophyll a. In total under water deficiency stress conditions, nano-silicone spray can reduce stress and use good seems. |
